Product introduction
Dynamic balancing valve belongs to self-operated regulating valve. It can maintain flux and pressure difference invariably under any situation. It is mainly applied to business engineering central air-conditionings, high-grade residences’ water and heating supply, and balanced flow pipe roads in chemical industry. Operational principle
The inner parts of dynamic balancing valve can automatically control the flux area of the valve core along with water pressure change. Then the flux will be maintained. From the hydrodynamics option, dynamic balancing valve is a throttling element which can be changed by partial resistance. For incompressible flux, the flux equation is as follows.
Q: Flux which pass the valve
K: Viscous resistance coefficient. It is related with flux medium and valve opening.
A: Flow area of valve core
When the flux medium is constant, K is related to flow area opening of valve core. K will not change for the same form open curve. So Q will not change when is the same. The dynamic balancing valve can ensure the unchangeable product through regulating A when △P is not changed.
Structure principle
Dynamic balancing valve is mainly applied to the system’s initial adjustment as the initial distribution of central air-conditioning, water supply and heating. It is composed by valve housing and valve core. Valve core adjust the aperture board automatically for water power. Water automatic regulating aperture board is composed by valve tank and high precision spring which can regulate flux area automatically. Spring can automatically control valve tank’s flux area depend on the different two side pressure. Then the outlet ends will be invariable.
Under this situation, the spring will not be compressed. Valve tank is static, and the flow area data is maximal. At this time, the flux will be more along with the pressure difference is bigger.
At the top of valve tank, the spring is compressed by the fluid pressure. The valve is working. If the fluid pressure is changed under this working pressure range, the valve tank’s curve flux road will be different. So outlet end’s flux will not be changed no matter how the pressure is changed under this pressure range.
Under this situation, the valve tank’s spring will be compressed completely. The water flow only can pass from the round apertures which is on the valve tank’ two sides. Flow area will be stable. And flux is proportional to the pressure difference.

This product can be applied to any kinds of motorized valve and ball valve. Make sure that the valve’s moving direction is the same as the dynamic balancing valve’s arrow. The installation is very easy. You just need to fasten the product with the valve’s screws.
